The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were smaller than expected and not very clean, but they were large which was a nice surprise. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the University of Vermont and Burlington, though it was a bit dirty and moldy. The dining options were good, but the breakfast experience was a bit annoying. Overall, a mixed bag with some positives and negatives.
The hotel was convenient for our short stay in Burlington with comfortable rooms and pleasant service. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a bit dusty and dirty, located at the end of a hallway that had a bad smell and were somewhat noisy from other parts of the hotel. On the positive side, they were closer to the registration area and easily accessible from the elevator.

The location was perfect for my needs, being close to UVM, Church Street Marketplace, shopping, and restaurants, although it could use a good cleaning. The dining experience was just OK but could have been warmer. Overall, the combination of the great location and reasonable price made up for some of the downsides.
